Statement of Faith

We believe:

That the Holy Bible is the inspired infallible word of God.   That Jesus is the Christ, God’s one and only Son.   That He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on a cross for our redemption, and rose from death on the third day for our justification.   That He will come again to judge the living and the dead, and His kingdom will reign forever.

 

We believe:

The church is the body of Christ made of those who accept Him as Lord and Savior and have been born of the water and the Spirit.  That we are saved by grace, through faith, but “faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”  James 2:17    That we are servants of the Church called not to be served, but to serve.

 

We believe:

 

That the church is the foundation to which God has committed the message of reconciliation for all nations.  By gathering ‘gifts for the nations’ for missionaries we are helping to fulfill the great commission, “ to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. “  NIV Matthew 28:19, 20 

 

We believe:

That we must help to meet the burden of those in need.

 
"We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has the world's goods, and sees his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him? "     1 John 3:16-17 NAS
